This Fiberbuilt Tee Box has a shock absorbing foundation but our different hitting surfaces have different shock absorbing capabilities. The base on this product is the least shock absorbing of our line but is still more forgiving that competitive turf mat products. For the ultimate in shock absorption I would recommend our Fiberbuilt Grass Series.
