thinking of using this in the garage. If I removed the grass mats after each use could I park on the rubber tiles?

The rubber tiles have a weight relief system underneath somewhat like an anti-fatigue mat and they have not been designed to be parked on or hold the weight of a car. If you are looking for something more portable I would recommend the Hourglass Pro series of mats, they are very easy to set up and take down.
