Does the ball sit-up on the turf? Doesn’t hurt your wrist or elbow? Mat from Foresight is very hard to off.

The ball does sit up on the turf and the face weight of this particular turf is less than the Foresight mat. However, if you are looking for something that is easy on the joints I would recommend that you look at the Fiberbuilt Grass Series.
