Hello please contact customerservice@fiberbuiltgolf.com as it seems your practice station is out of specification.
18 days ago I asked whether the grass on the practice station should be 3/8" higher than the standing are Fiberbuilt Grass Series Practice Station
the height of the grass insert of the practice station is 3/8" higher than the level of rest of the station is this by design I would have expected them to be the at the same height . The only way I can see of making them level is to cut out the rubber base under the insert.
