Yes, Fiberbuilt Grass Studio Mats can be used on wood floors thanks to the weight and grippiness of the rubber base design. It is ideal to use them on any flat surface (including concrete, tile, etc.) and the construction resists movement underfoot. We recommend against placing them on carpet as that causes too much movement during the swing.
