How long does it take to set up/break down this mat? (Can this be easily moved around like the hourglass mat?)

Because the Traditional Mats use a 1-piece rubber tray rather than multiple modular base pieces, breaking it down is immediate... just lift the hitting panel and stance turf. The tray is quite large and relatively heavy, so it would not be considered particularly mobile.
