Thanks for your question. Our 300,000 strike guarantee covers shots hit from the Fiberbuilt Grass portion of your mat and covers damage to the mat caused by the proper and intended use. It does not warranty against weather damage or any sort of misuse. If you have an issue with your Fiberbuilt Golf mat please email customerservice@fiberbuiltgolf.com and we will be able to assist.
