The edges of FIberbuilt Golf's rubber base systems are 1.75" high. Player Preferred Series Mats are flush with this height, while FIberbuilt Grass and Performance Turf Series mats are closer to 2". Matching your turf height to the base edge height generally provides the cleanest look.
