Thanks for your question, this particular mat will have a firmer feel underfoot similar to our Player Preferred Series, which uses stance turf with a lower pile. It will be less firm than the Practice Station (in which you stand on a rubber base) and more firm than our Performance Turf Series and Fiberbuilt Grass Studio Mats (which use a thicker pile Performance Turf).
