Does the Fiberbuilt hitting mat meet Ohio Fire Code Requirements?
Performance Turf Series Tee Box - Rectangle
We have the hitting mat located at our high school and the fire marshal noted that the mat needs proof that it meets Ohio Fire Code Requirements.
Specifically,
In all occupancies, new floor covering materials shall comply with the requirements of the DOC FF-1 "pill test" (CPSC 16 CFR Part 1630) as listed in rule 1301:7-7-80 of the Administrative Code or of ASTM D 2859 as listed in rule 1301:7-7-80 of the Administrative Code.
Please let me know if you can provide information on whether or not it meets Ohio Fire Code Requirements.
