I have this station and am struggling with knee pain due to the rubber gripping my shoes, can grass go over it?

I have a lot of foot action and my left foot cannot twist adequately and I feel knee strain.

You could put turf over it, but it could make the stance surface VERY unstable, so we would not recommend it. Plus it would also result in the stance being significantly higher than the hitting surface. Hate to say it, but you might consider a different product, like our Fiberbuilt Grass Series Hourglass Pro Mat. If you have that much foot action, we don't want you to risk any injury because the Practice Station stance surface is intentionally grippy.
