Yes, the surface on Fiberbuilt Golf putting greens is always flat. We do not offer anything that adds breaks to the green at this time, but because the turf is not glued down, you can easily create your own breaks by placing a soft object like a towel underneath the putting turf, which will add all of the break that you need. And even better you can move the towel around to add some variability.
